The one thing that kept everything together was eating good food daily during family dinners. It quickly became her top priority each day and she developed a system to simplify the process... Stock It! Prep It! Roll It! and Toss It!. For the last 10 years, she has helped friends manage dinner time and learn the art of eating. Watching so many families struggle with what's for dinner, picky eaters, and food in general she was inspired to write a book and is now on a mission to help families connect and even heal by sharing good food together.
